Dogs must have been vaccinated/boosted against Distemper, Hepatitis,
Leptospirosis and Parvo Virus. You must produce a current certificate confirming
vaccination when you bring your dog to us ! Dogs without supporting
vaccination certificates cannot be accepted for boarding. |

Cats must have been vaccinated/boosted against Feline Enteritis and Feline
Influenza. You must produce a current certificate confirming vaccination
when you bring your cat to us ! Cats without supporting vaccination
certificates cannot be accepted for boarding. |

Whilst every possible care is taken and attention is paid to ensure the
health and safety of all animals boarded, we cannot be held responsible for
loss from illness or from any other cause. |

In the event of illness, a veterinary surgeon will be called at our
discretion. You (the pet owner) will be responsible for any payments due
to the veterinary surgeon. |

Deposits must be received within 14 days of a booking reservation being
made for a booking to be confirmed, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. |

If a confirmed booking is cancelled, the deposit is not refundable. |
|
|
Boarding fees are to be paid in full at the commencement of boarding. |
|
|
Cheques must be made payable to "M. A. Mew". |

You can only deliver/collect your pet between the times of 9.30
a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 5.00 to 5.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays. (Please
do not phone for alternative times, as a refusal may offend.) We are closed
on Sundays and Bank Holidays. |
